Is-sinjal għal QATGĦA UNIFORMI għandu żewġ partijiet. (i) L-ewwel l-idejn jieħdu l-forma ta’ U u jinżlu dritt ’l isfel flimkien, ftit ’il bogħod minn xulxin, bil-pala ta’ id tħares lejn l-oħra u bil-ponot tas-swaba’ jħarsu ’l barra. (ii) Imbagħad l-idejn jinbidlu għall-forma ta’ V quddiem il-wiċċ bil-pala tħares ’l isfel u jimxu mill-ġnub lejn xulxin waqt li s-swaba’ tal-V jinfetħu u jingħalqu bħalma jagħmlu għas-sinjal għal IMQASS.
The sign for UNIFORM CUT has two parts. (i) First, the hands take the shape of U and move straight downwards together a little away from each other with palms facing each other and fingertips pointing outwards. (ii) Then the hands change to a V shape in front of the face with palms facing downwards. The hands move from the sides towards each other whilst the V fingers open and close as in the sign for SCISSORS.
